Omaia is a curtain maker, not a reseller. We measure your windows, help you choose from more than 70 international fabric brands, sew every curtain in our own factory in Al Rai and install it with our own team — for villas, palaces, apartments, offices and hotels across Kuwait.
Drapery & Curtain Heading Styles
The heading decides how a curtain hangs. We sew every style in our Al Rai factory: pinch pleat curtains (double or triple pleat) for a classic, tailored look; wave curtains (S-fold) on a wave track for a soft, modern, continuous ripple; ripple fold curtains on a ripplefold track for hotels and contemporary villas; plus pencil pleat, goblet, box pleat, eyelet (grommet) and tab-top headings. All available lined, interlined or blackout-lined.

How much do custom curtains cost in Kuwait?
Prices depend on fabric, width, height, heading style and lining. After a free site visit we send a detailed quotation; a typical made-to-measure lined curtain for a standard villa window starts from a few hundred KWD. Request a quote for exact pricing.
Do you measure and install?
Yes. Our team visits your home or office anywhere in Kuwait, measures every window, and installs the finished curtains, tracks and hardware.
How long does it take?
Most residential curtain orders are made in our Al Rai factory and installed within 2–4 weeks of fabric approval. Imported fabrics may add shipping time.

What is the difference between pinch pleat, wave and ripple fold curtains?
Pinch pleat curtains are hand-sewn pleats at the top, the classic choice for majlis and formal rooms. Wave (S-fold) curtains hang in soft, even waves from a special wave track — the modern look for sheers and living rooms. Ripple fold curtains use a snap-tape and carriers on a ripplefold track, giving uniform folds that stack tightly; ideal for hotels and large glass walls. We make and install all three in Kuwait.
Can you make curtains for a majlis or a palace?
Yes. Classic majlis curtains with trimmings, valances and swags are an Omaia speciality; we have furnished palaces, villas and the Kuwait National Assembly.
Do you offer motorized or electric curtains?
Yes. We supply and program Lutron, Somfy and TOSO motorized curtain tracks and roller blinds, with remote, keypad, app and voice control.
Can I see fabric samples at home?
Yes. Our designers bring fabric books and samples to your home or office anywhere in Kuwait, or you can visit the showroom in Hawally.
